Awesome breakfast with different types of food and with nice staff.

The staff were very kind! Loved a storage, floor to ceiling windows, and an iron in the room. In general the service was exceptional.

All the staff we met were nice and very kind. They gave us a bright room with a beautiful view, fantastic views, for instance. The service was exceptional, it had a pleasant outdoor restaurant.

Close to a tower and a theatre, overall the location was great and brilliant. The staff was absolutely lovely, exceptional service. The superior room was impressive and immaculate, perfect for my needs.

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from a historic castle was great. We had a luxurious superior queen room with an excellent view of the bridge.

The hotel is clean and reasonably large with a lovely design and great staff members. Delicious and lovely breakfast with muffin, toast and juice - well worth the money.

Terrific hotel, understanding staff and well presented food. Luxurious room, ample sized, with the bathroom, a nice view, for example. The service in general was exceptional. Pool was included too.

Marvellous and brilliant location, close to all the sights, such as a tower and a theatre. Fantastic and absolutely perfect room with tea, coffee, an iron, and a sofa, and exceptionally comfortable bed.  

Despite a small room with a view of the air conditioning unit, the hotel's great location near the Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station made it convenient for exploring the city. The check-in staff were friendly and 

This is a hotel go-to for London! Immaculate and elegant rooms complete with a view of the tower of London as well as good quality cosmetics.

It is in brilliant location to I Eye, set quite a walk from the hotel.

The place was clean and brilliant. The staff was courteous and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was unbeatable, close to everything. The availability of a swimming pool was a plus.
